The Best Indian Restaurant in town is simply indian Bellevue (Washington) Authentic Flavors and Warm Hospitality! We had an amazing dining experience at this Indian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and filled with the rich aroma of spices. The staff sukeerthi And Ramesh were attentive, friendly, and always ready with recommendations. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors — the butter chicken was creamy and perfectly spiced, the naan was soft and fresh from the tandoor, and the biryani was absolutely delicious. Portions were generous, and presentation was beautiful. What really stood out was the attention to detail — from the cleanliness to the background music, everything added to a cozy, authentic Indian dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family! I highly recommend this restaurant. My best wishes to the whole team.

For someone who is far from an expert on Indian cuisine I felt that the flavors weren’t watered down for western palates. For better or worse, but almost everything I had was tasty and they were some new flavors. I had the Rot combo. Half the stuff I had I was just blindly choosing but it turned out pretty good. Was a solid 15min wait for the food so something to think about if in a rush but I would go again.

Good deal for the lunch special, but it is a dice roll. Some day the curry in lunch special is good ,some day it is not so good. But most day I am happy with the lunch special. Cook time is not the fastest but it is bearable. Staff are pretty nice. Try Pani Puri first time here and it leave a good impression on me.

Really well done, esp after the expansion. I come here once in a while from 50 miles away, when I need the right kind of Indian masala & spices to hit my mood with good food. Love the Mutton Biryani... meat is fresh, tender & tasty. & Double ka meetha in dessert is nice.. is not too sweet, just the right amount. And the Cut Mirchi & masala chai is decent too.

Visited for the unlimited pani puri, it was absolutely delicious! It's $10 per person all you can eat, definitely recommend! Will be returning to try their menu items!

I have been to Simply Indian multiple times with my friends and keep going back to it because the food feels homemade and simple, one of the very few satisfactory indian restaurants in the area. The service is pretty decent and the ambiance is welcoming most of the time. The staff is easy to communicate with. Here are some things that I ordered from my multiple visits to the restaurant and my honest review for each: 1. Mysore Bonda : Refried, Too Oily, Doughy and uncooked from Inside 2. Sambar Vada : Simple yet comforting and flavorful ; Just like homemade 3. Idli Vada combo : Idli wasn’t fresh and too firm to eat, the Vada waa fresh and crispy though. 4. Punugulu : Deep fried, crispy, fluffy and delicious P.S: The chutneys given with all the snacks are very small amount for the given snack and are not thick enough. We usually end up asking for extra chutney all the time. 5. Rice and Roti Thali : I have tried both Veg and Non-Veg thalis. They were spot on and bang for your buck. All the curries were fresh and flavoursome.

Tried out this Non-Veg Thali, all the non veg curries are finger licking good and a small portion of biryani is comforting along side with a sweet to have. Overall best buck spent.

We’ve been ordering takeout from this restaurant since it first opened, and they’ve consistently maintained their great taste while expanding their menu. We’ve tried most of the vegetarian dishes, and their thali is definitely worth the price—delicious and generously portioned. The Indo-Chinese options are also flavorful. Recently, we ordered a few appetizers, including mirchi bhaji, jumbo samosas, and Mysore bonda. While everything tasted good, the Mysore bonda felt slightly undercooked and didn’t hold up well as a takeout item. Overall a good restaurant and would definitely keep coming back.
